Collection from our Shop in Hitchin:

  • If you will collect your item from our shop in Hitchin, please note the following:
  • Collection days: You will receive an email or text when your item ready for collection. 
  • Opening hours: 10 am to 6 pm. Monday to Friday
  • Please give us a minimum of 1 to 2 days' advance notice to prepare your order for collection.

Delivery by Post:

  • If you prefer to have your item delivered by post, please consider the following details:
  • Your order will be ready to ship after 2 days from the date of purchase.
  • We utilize reputable delivery services such as Royal Mail or transportation companies like DHL, depending on the nature of your order.
  • The specific delivery method will be determined based on the type and size of your order.

Resolution for Faulty Products:

  • In the event that your claim for a faulty product is approved, we will offer 
  • We'll ask you return the product back to us
  • Replacement: We will create a new item to replace the faulty one and ship it to you as quickly as possible at no additional cost.
